i think the price b4 revision was RM565k but now revised to RM625k per unit b4 rebate.hence the difference in 5% of downpayment vs only RM10k for booking units.

The SPA legal fees, stamp duty & disbursement is borne by the developer. ( developer panel solicitor only)

The MOT stamp duty is payable by the purchaser upon issuance of strata title. It maybe few years after the building is completed.

The bank loan legal fees, stamp duty & disbursement is payable by the purchaser. You can finance this loan doc fees inside the bank loan, if you opt to.

The construction of road leading towards the site expected to be ready early Jan 2013.

On 22/12/12, the developer arranging a Christmas Lunch Buffet event for Casa Green buyers & family at sales gallery.

Block B maybe open for sales by end of this month.

Show unit expected ready by Mid March 2013.
