while Casa Green one is E&J ALPHAZEN kpkt

after see those Seri Puteri owners comment, i really farking worry the quality of CG, if many troubles then jiat lat and become nightmare

DLP =Defect Liability Period
if the workmanship & quality is not good
then more units will serve out the notice to developer to repair
hence the priorities placed will be repair of internal defect parcel where i think they will less focus on common area defects
and maybe due to shortage of manpower, we might need to fork out our own cost to do the repair instead of waiting
it will be lenghty time to wait for developer to reimburse back
overall it will be lose lose situation

i have check kpkt that it show same address & contact no.
maybe its a group of companies or related
but still, its website is unaccessible and we cant find out the projects it has done before
