i would like to deal with the owner directly if possible as we are willing to provide partial cash payment. If there is no owner that would want to deal directly with the buyer then it is ok...cheers....

This is Casa Green @ Cheras.
There is no rumahwip here. The combo with rumahwip one is at Bukit Jalil.

I've visited some units, planning to purchase 1 for own staying. Would like to know more from the owner here, as I've seen many units was rented out to foreigner, and many still empty. Mind to share some insight v me? Thanks

Overall occupancy rate is good, in comparison to nearby condos, there is indeed some foreigner, but no issues so far and very active JMC.

Depends on size, about 405.90 now for 1797sqft,

But will increase 2% next year and additional 2% by 2021, making it a total of 4%
