30 sqf less due to smaller balcony~~
but i am on the 18th floor with 2 Basement 1 car park that is quite near the lift~~

was lining up with number 168 on the block B list~~but was allocated a Block A unit~~
i guess i am lucky and that was the developer unit

same as the above~~~i do have bias in this~~take my comment at a grain of salt~~

i think Vina is overprice with the very weird 2 main door concept~~
i have a feeling that the design separates the family~~~ they mention it is for privacy for other family members?? but i think this is a joke~~

other than that, if you investor looking for rental income...my guess is there should not be much rental demand in the short term

given the same price i would think Windows on the Park is a better buy~~although also overpriced~~

my unit is 1795 sqft @ 16 flr (blk A)
pre launch price @ 5% discount
so i guess im one of lucky (even though need to fork out more deposit payment)

me block A 1873sqft @ 655k....bought on early Dec

but i like my unit

meaning that's the 167 in front of you don't want 1765 sqf????
