Just came back frm Amber office. Wanted to meet their big boss Mr. Edward but he wasnt there. So had a talk with Ms. Megan. The sliding door is for the balcony as you said, but the is supposed to be a door separating the dry and wet kitchens. But it was not fixed as the regulations by Bomba does not allow that. She is unsure why.

Therefore, I have asked in writing pertaining to that matter. On top of that, a few other owners and myself aren't happy with the condition of how they had hand over the units in bad shape. More over charging maintenance fee since October when the conditions do not permit for us to inhabit the units. Her explanation is that they need to pay the guards, cleaners and maintenance workers. They will solve our issues at the soonest.

Bomba not allow them to put door between wet and dry kitchen?.. but the appointed interior designer is allowed to include sliding at wet kitchen in their package. Just confused..

hehe no need la bro as my unit 95% of defect has been resolved. only left some minor issue i suppose they will work out for it by next week..thats after i managed to get edward contact number and sms him all the issues directly. i plan to start renovating and slowly move in this month so i hv to push big boss la..haha..

just to remind u to check the water as well. make sure no leakage at every point. my unit almost all point got leakage.. last friday i checked water pressure also was very low.

I am now very unhappy with the progress of their defect repairing work. There is water leaking in every toilet of my house. This has caused delay for moving into my new house. They promise to repair it since Oct but till now there is no work done. Every time i call up they promise to repair but then end up nothing done. The management and contractor is so irresponsible. Is there a way to lodge my complain for all this irresponsible. How can a management office only know to collect maintenance fee but not perform any repair work.

Almost 100% unit has leaking issue. Dont worry bro, u are not alone biggrin.gif .. As Bumimetro as the contractor, pls expect more problem will coming to u soon.

Last night power trip since 11pm until 10am today affected floor 4 till 8.. Reason? Im not so sure. And water disruption around 3am until 7.30am..

Water disruption will occur at least once a week.. Last week from midnight until 9am. Fortnight ago, from 5am until 2pm.

Normally happen in the morning, meaning that once a week u'll go to ur office without mandi. tongue.gif

U can call rahim & co or jurunilai bersekutu.. just provide them address & size, they can estimate market value. Remember! They just estimate. If the value less than 5% higher from ur budget u may request them to come for inspection. They can give u the actual value later with formal report. But u have to pay la.

But if u really consider to buy Seri Puteri, better for u to look other property first such as Astana Lumayan under Danau Lumayan..Or PPC Glomac project. Very near to Seri Puteri. Still in Seri Permaisuri area.

PPC Glomac and Danau Lumayan build hi quality condo comapre to amber. They are not selling accessories like amber such as kitchen cabinet, modern type water tap (but rusty already), 2x2 tiles, laminated floor( but too many hollow area)..Instead they provide u a quality condo - no leaking, good finishing and etc.. Peace of mind once u move in..

In seri puteri water disruption happen once a week, almost 100% unit leaking (kitchen, bedroom & bathroom), basement parking flooding almost everyday, lift problem (lift brand is Sigma, same as u can see in Projek Perumahan Rakyat where each unit only RM42k, but i bought condo rm240k also get the same lift brand)..
Property agent will not tell u all these things. Even guard or amber staff.. They are making profit from this condo.

Crazy..

Honestly i tell u this is not condo. No condo facilities. Just size more than 1000sf.. Give u a few attachmnt.

'Some' time? 2 months to rectify leaking is consider 'some' time.. Ok. Fine.

We need more people like Edward to push Bumimetro.. Bumimetro is the worst n stubborn developer in this planet. Their staff look not so interested to do rectification, instead they are now looking for side income by doing renovation works.. Trust me. Ask them for renovation, 1-2 days they will come to ur house. No need 'some'time as u said.
