i get an even smaller unit of 1765 sqf with slightly over 600k >.<
30 sqf less due to smaller balcony~~
but i am on the 18th floor with 2 Basement 1 car park that is quite near the lift~~

was lining up with number 168 on the block B list~~but was allocated a Block A unit~~
i guess i am lucky and that was the developer unit smile.gif

other than that, if you investor looking for rental income...my guess is there should not be much rental demand in the short term

given the same price i would think Windows on the Park is a better buy~~although also overpriced~~

i went there on Sat (15/2/14) evening...it is on 5th floor (ground + 4 levels up) for block A~~a bit dark thats y i did not take photo~
quite fast if u ask me~~

Sinz they are using Mivan Form work system, all walls should be formed in one piece and likely to have re-bars inside..
which means the walls were built tougher than ordinary walls...first of all....trying to break the walls will be very hard and require a lot of force...it will cost you a lot..

secondly~~sinz the structure is cast in one go...it is easier to crack if you intend to go for extensive modification... sweat.gif
worse....it may crack the walls or ur neighbours or those around you (above and below)...where if the developer find out you are the cause of the crack..you may require to pay for the repair~~
and lastly...your neighbours will certainly hate u tongue.gif

or worst case the whole building collapse over time due to structural damage like what adrian claim~~

and also my engineer colleague told me...they can hit 5 days per floor if all conditions are right~~

by the way..the contractor for puteri project and this 1 is very different dude..
ur cant compare directly~~hopefully they are not lousy ones~~

on the contract side....
i do not have the S&P agreement with me now..cant make reference~~
but if it is included in the drawings of the S&P but they dun build it...i means we can take legal action against the developer~~for not fulfilling the contract~~simple as that...

I think why it stops at level 17 is that...
lv18 onwards there is a slight change of the layout~~the size of the unit is 1765sqf instead of 1798 sqf~~as far i can tell the balcony is smaller...
