QUOTE(IReallyNeed Answers @ Jan 27 2014, 10:07 PM) yeah, I do think it's a good deal, but it was even cheaper before I buy. Buy sadly I was not lucky enough. i get an even smaller unit of 1765 sqf with slightly over 600k >.< 1795 is actually the smaller unit, the larger one goes up to 4000sf for about rm820k. 30 sqf less due to smaller balcony~~ but i am on the 18th floor with 2 Basement 1 car park that is quite near the lift~~ was lining up with number 168 on the block B list~~but was allocated a Block A unit~~ i guess i am lucky and that was the developer unit |

QUOTE(neo_6053 @ Jan 27 2014, 10:29 PM) same as the above~~~i do have bias in this~~take my comment at a grain of salt~~i think Vina is overprice with the very weird 2 main door concept~~ i have a feeling that the design separates the family~~~ they mention it is for privacy for other family members?? but i think this is a joke~~ other than that, if you investor looking for rental income...my guess is there should not be much rental demand in the short term given the same price i would think Windows on the Park is a better buy~~although also overpriced~~ This post has been edited by terryble: Jan 28 2014, 09:30 AM |

QUOTE(rodimusconvoy @ Feb 19 2014, 11:32 PM) huh?not approve yet? if i am not wrong...8 units of penthouse not yet sold~~it means the project name will be changed later like Kiara Residence to Desa Jalil? if thats the case, can we sue the developer? btw, may i know the data extract from kpkt is uptodate? so stil left 18 unsold units hold by developer? Not sure about the other 10 units though~~sinz the figure so rounded..it could be developer units This post has been edited by terryble: Feb 20 2014, 09:16 AM |

...other than that,i think u can break it de
walao... you say like that, i very pressure le... hahaha... go back i check see if can break mou...
Sinz they are using Mivan Form work system, all walls should be formed in one piece and likely to have re-bars inside.. which means the walls were built tougher than ordinary walls...first of all....trying to break the walls will be very hard and require a lot of force...it will cost you a lot.. secondly~~sinz the structure is cast in one go...it is easier to crack if you intend to go for extensive modification... worse....it may crack the walls or ur neighbours or those around you (above and below)...where if the developer find out you are the cause of the crack..you may require to pay for the repair~~ and lastly...your neighbours will certainly hate u or worst case the whole building collapse over time due to structural damage like what adrian claim~~ This post has been edited by terryble: Feb 27 2014, 10:07 PM |

QUOTE(adrian0229 @ Mar 23 2014, 12:53 PM) Talk bout white piping...I doubt it will b covered... From the drawings, it is very obvious that it will be covered...The previous project from amber, the one beside cheras lrt...also hv pretty similar design with the piping outside the balcony without any cover... But to clarify on this matter, someone need to ask developer to get 100% answer by the way..the contractor for puteri project and this 1 is very different dude.. ur cant compare directly~~hopefully they are not lousy ones~~ on the contract side.... i do not have the S&P agreement with me now..cant make reference~~ but if it is included in the drawings of the S&P but they dun build it...i means we can take legal action against the developer~~for not fulfilling the contract~~simple as that... |

QUOTE(Pink218 @ May 28 2014, 10:21 AM) Agreed, actually nothing much u can spend with RM50k. My sis bought a condo at Amaya, din't do any renovation, jz spent on those electrical appliances n furnitures ady cost almost RM100k. Bear in mind for big size condo, those electrical items n sofa set u buy cannot be too small, otherwise it wont look nice. Well of coz the more money you can spend on the new house the better...however...we still have to look into how deep and thick our pocket is I am running out of cash This post has been edited by terryble: May 28 2014, 11:00 AM |

I think why it stops at level 17 is that...
lv18 onwards there is a slight change of the layout~~the size of the unit is 1765sqf instead of 1798 sqf~~as far i can tell the balcony is smaller... |
