The address is one thing i was not so particular~~~although it does sounds cheap~~even the Seri Mas "Flat" of Amber homes HQ can be called Condo~~

What i am more interested is actually the build quality~~

Seems like it even has some structural weakness and safety concern~~~remember to sue the architect (or consultant) who approve the bank finance also~~

Hmm if starta title were to be issued up front that is good...BUT~~how much cost we need to pay? heard that it will require over 10k to get the strata title
