My wife is working in the middle of KL, every morning sent her to commuter to grab train to office. So far it has been good.  Its best to grab the earlier trains (around 6.30 +) if you want to reach KL by say 8+. Commuter to KL sentral then grab the LRT to KL.

Chaqq, is the train packed at 6.30am?
Are there many available carparks at the KTM area at that time?

There are 2 close by train schedule which is 6.20+ and 6.30+. The 6.20+ is not packed normally but the 6.30+ can be packed most of the time (lot pf people missed the 6.20+ train i guess so boarded the 6.30+). Car park are a lot if u come at around 6-6.30.

Hi all, I heard that there has been heavy rain in the evening the last few days. Are there any leakage(s) found in your new houses so far?

Finally manage to sign-up at HomeDeco for the kitchen. At first really want to ask Unity Kitchen to do it but once I found Vera Kitchen at the HomeDeco love the top. But they haven't come to install it yet.

Just booked a Citra Hill 2 Double-storey Terrace. Any purchaser here? The area looked nice and quiet. Not crowded as compared to Nilai. My only concern whether the owner will stay there after the project is completed. Coz the surrounding completed Citra Hill 1 and Aria Park's houses looked empty though. Any comment/idea?

Most of the buyer are buying for their own stay. At the moment, for Citra Hill 1, i think 40% of the owner had moved in, the other 60% still do some renovation and some didnt get their keys yet. It will take some times, but don't worry, this area will not be empty.

And congrats for buying the Citra 2. smile.gif

I am one of the owner of aria park, for the single storey terrace. Yea, kinda like the surrounding here, quite peaceful and quiet, with no issues over the "bau busuk pajam"

If you are worried over the occupancy, don worry too much yea. I can say at least 60% have already live in aria park and the community is quite active around here.

One question thou, What made you choose pajam over the highly touted Eco Majestic and Ecohill?

Congratz again! rclxms.gif

This project is good for own stayer... With EM project, the value will be increased once the new EM exit toll and commercial & retails completed.
Good part of this area is the toll exit already guaranteed there. ;-)

Yeah, hopefully it will be like that in the future.
Exactly, it is quite convenient. But not as "Macho" as Setia Echohill and EM Direct access to the township. Plus they ought to improve the connecting route from nilai, it is only a single laner sad.gif

Ya thanks. That's right, I'm in Zeta Park with the green colour houses. I'm using my mobile wifi but it's not as convenient as having something like Streamyx...

yo bro, i just drop by there, accidentally meet the sales staff who was at BWP before, he took me around the Citra 2, Nada Alam, overall i can say its good..beside, STREAMYX sudah ada , Unifi will be in next yr

compare too SAPPHIRe ( the unit i bought ), i feel very lucky since i get extra land semi d with just around 430k +-,
now my wife and i stay at first floor..

we been visit at EM actually, yes, concept park all nice, but distance from Semenyih to Nilai by lekas only 10 min drive, and this cost differentiate for 100k +- rclxub.gif
not offence, but 100k for me , i can pump petrol, paid toll...

anyone receive a Hong Leong Bank call ? they call me for a better mortgage plan
