Dmayang Sari @ Eutellia 1st phase..

seen ground work already started and show unit house they say can finished early feb

thanks biggrin.gif i got 1st phase..

1st phase price : RM420,800
2nd phase price : RM475,000
3rd phase price : RM508,000

all phase same size 20 x 60 , 2000sqf

only free S&P legal fees..others need to pay it self..

anybody interested can PM me. i will give my agent number thumbup.gif

this year will launch 3rd phase but 2nd phase still have few left which people loan been rejected..

In view of economy instability and GST factor, probably people has less buying power?

its very well taken.. i bought 1st phase, priority before the official launch..so when it officially launch on sept 2014, 1st phase already sold out and they were selling the 2nd phase..

2nd phase officially launch in Nov 2014 but during the event they were selling the 3rd phase..2nd phase already sold out also..

so my guess is now 3rd phase not many units left..if ur interested can PM me for my agents contact number..

now 2015 so many speculation going on..GST, bad economy, bad currency exchange..then people say dont buy condo/apartment now..buy landed..or wait housing price will go down.. which one to believe?

choice is yours.. as long as your buy the house and satisfy, thats really matters biggrin.gif

Its for own stay..
The location is beside PLUS highway on the left side from Seremban-KL..
In Nilai its very near to Taman Nilai Perdana and KTM nilai station..

On the map yes..on the road Nilai Impian more nearer..

as far as i know seri pajam project use IBS..maybe anyone can confirm this

yup seri pajam main method of building is IBS..thats why their project quite fast progress..

IBS you have limited chance to renovate especially if the house are fully IBS..thats the weak point i seen

yup got pros n cons..

but for most of seri pajam projects, u dont need to do major renovations..

example, Dmayang Sari house all fully extended at the back (kitchen & upper room)..no extra land at the back..so no need to reno extend kitchen..

How near is "very near" bro? 100m or 50m away? blink.gif I think 100m still acceptable for me, anything lesser will be too near with all the pollution as KL-Seremban highway is a very busy highway.

in terms of meters i am not very sure..will ask them when i met them..
but my agents only give info on the walls & trees surrounding to cover the pollution & noise from highway..

Should be either 20x70 or 22x70 bro, but my guess is it is 20x70. Nowadays so difficult to get single storey houses
