Hey Lethalyellow,

Have you moved in? Btw, how's the water issue in this area?

I will be going to see my house this weekend. The grille is up:)

Just got keys yesterday for Citra Hill Aria Park. FYI water meter has been installed. Apparently TNB meter still not installed yet, for some reason they said some minor issue with TNB till end of month.

If they install your water meter means you have the grill fixed?

I have seen the quality of his grille. Quite good. he is doing the grill for the house next to mine.

Anyone had any problems with the Maintenance Dept? I feel that they are very slow and not really good in communicating.

I havent' see it yet, going to Nilai next week.
I think his work should be got else this lady wouldn't have recommended it. In fact, I plan to go with her recommendation (http://www.husnamn.blogspot.com/2012/05/langkah-langkah-masuk-rumah-baru-apa.html).

Wah seems Ah Wuen is quite famous! My house at the row opposite Zeta A (the house which has green paint, if I am not wrong).

Yes, the maintenance is super slow. It is already 2 months and finally get them to commit to fix the defects next week.
But perhaps there is a long queue of houses waiting for their defects to be fixed too.

Had my grill installed yesterday by Ah Wuen and I think the quality is quite good!
There are not so much of defect in my house, but some of the electrical points are not functioning.
Awaiting the fittings to be installed next week and the house will be ready to move in smile.gif

We took the key last months for Zeta Park type C. I'm working in KL & husband working in PJ. We are still worrying the daily route everyday. The house is really nice but the distance for us working I think far....Just my opinion. Anyone working in KL/PJ having this problem? Compare living in Puchong will it be the same?

Hi all, I went to see the house last weekend. There are still 5 defects from previous which yet to be fixed and I found several new ones. Apparently there's also leakage after the pipe fitting installation. On the bright side, Ah Wuen did a fairly good job on the grills, altho the master room balcony grill looked a little slanted from the inside due to the slanted walls from the developer.

My wife is working in the middle of KL, every morning sent her to commuter to grab train to office. So far it has been good. Its best to grab the earlier trains (around 6.30 +) if you want to reach KL by say 8+. Commuter to KL sentral then grab the LRT to KL.

All owners of Zeta A, please advise which contractor did you engage for the kitchen and cost, as well as how much did you spend on lighting/fan installation?
Thank you.
