Well, not sure about nilai to EM, but I think Pajam Interchange to Future EM interchange is definitely around 5-10minutes away only.

Nilai to Pajam is roughly around 5-10minutes away, but the access is quite poor

I hope the massive EM project and Setia Ecohill would bring positive outcome to development in Pajam. So finger's crossed..
