Cheap, just that you about a week to finish of the beans.
Nothing fresher?

I personally drink lattes so for me this is fine. They did say the next batch would be coming in next Tuesday. I think it's every other Tuesday?
Will post an update if I drop by next week.

I drink latte personally I keep it under 15days. I know some 21 or longer.
As long as u can clear 250g in the next few days no issue.

It's great to know when the roasting that can guide when to buy! Cheers

I work backwards from when I need them.

Say on 25th I'm throwing a party or finishing, and I want my beans 7-10 days old, then roast date 15th to 18th. I'll go to the shops after the 19th to look.

Antipodean Bangsar usually roasts on Monday and Tuesday, and ad-hoc depending on stocks. These are then sent around.

Antipodean Tan & Tan roasts only occasionally just to run the machine. Most of the time taking stocks from Bangsar.

Thanks for the info. I shall also look at the bar in determining whether the machine is good.
I am not quite comfortable to buy at taobao, but thx for the suggestion biggrin.gif

I am not suggesting the bar determines good machine.
I am stating pressure req for espresso.

There are a few ppl here who had good experience buying on taobao but then again it's buying certain seller. It's much like buying on lyn you buy the seller not Lyn.

taobao is some reference for Chinese brand prices
