am planning for a kelong trip in klang next weekend...anyone interested? cost will be about rm100 per head...going on sat afternoon back on sunday afternoon

Klang kelong fish nowadays quite rare, and a LOT ikan duri, somemore next weekend water not so good, this weekend better. But nice environment though, all the best

To other angler in this forum do you joint in this DEC 2012 Final Round GP Joran Selangor at Shah Alam Lake ? Rm90/per rod . 1 head only can register 2 rod .. But i like angler gathering together with family ..

Got my jigging Rod ady, thanks for the suggestion Viox. Purchased the last unit of Eupro Salty fighter at a very decent price. 0.8-2PE, 2 pieces but butt joint, sweet rod. heheheh

Good to see so much fishing activities over one weekend!

As for CWS, it was ok, it rained for like 2 hours, but the rain didnt stop the PBs from biting! Hunting on boat was not too bad, used fly lure the whole day, very very good bite rate. Noticed the fishes dun layan hard lures, fishing on foot at the club lake was also fun, shore casting got me more fishes on boat hehehe but mostly small ones.

I wish to ask a nobody question.

I saw someone hooking a fish net instead on fishing string and throw it into lake. what the fishing technique is that? I saw it in dengkil and ulu yam

its a sort of bait fishing where they use dedak in the middle and cast with the net. Idea is to trap the fish in the net while it feed on the bait.
Method only use to tarpow the fish home, quite messy to get the fish out of the net in my opinion

How much is the eupro rod? I'm looking for a jigging saltwater rod too.

I got mine for RM100 in Digital on promo. They dont carry it anymore as mentioned by Rory, its obsolete.

If im not wrong, Loon Fatt in Old Klang Road has one. Do check with them.

Get the Salty Chief lor, very similar action but 1 piece ler, susah transport.
SS2 got 2 in stock, 1 BC and 1 spinning going for RM140 at price tag.

Beware,.. SS2 aunty very good at racuning also,... she tempted me with the new Storm Erito light jigging rod with good discounts.
Also racuned me with MC Crosstage and Offblow.
