Dear all seniors,

after reading 26 pages, i guez wat i can do to increase the performance for my Wira 1.5 (A) Carb. is as follows;

1.) Change ori extractor to powerzone 4-2-1
2.) Chg air filter to at least aftermarket drop-in or open-pod type. Powerzone air intake manifold, any comment ?
3.) i think wira stock muffler is already s-flow type, rite?
4.) is ori exhaust pipe ok or not ? need changes ?
5.) What about ignition system ? any effect in terms of power & FC performance ? What can be done here ?
6.) Last would be to replace stock camshaft to powerzone camshaft ? 

Wonder how much increase in perfomace would it be after done all these upgrades ?

Can advise a little bit more ?

header can be intake manifold or exhaust manifold...

try to use a lightened & dampened crank pulley first......... u'll be plesantly surprised by the performance increase, especially for an auto transmission car......

which one gives better performance ? or if change both then double the performance la 
Btw if change exhaust manifold & put in open air pod intake system can increase by how many hp ?

Not sure about this, is lightened flywheel & crank pulley the same thing ah ? or 2 diff things but need to do at the same time ?

two different things..........a lightened crank pulley is a plug and play part......... click my siggie to find out more.....

if you wanna play camshaft, better port the head and do the intake as well as an oversized TB, finish up the combo. cam pulley to fine tune the camshft (optional but recommended)

Bottom block you can do later. If your car is a 1.6 to begin with, the head combo itself is very effective already

Do u think if change the exhaust system from extractor to piping & muffler on top of changing to lightened crank pulley will give a boost to the hp ?

How much it cost to port the head normally ? do the intake means to get a good air filter system ? What is oversized TB ? Can advise more pls 

installation takes half an hour....... btw, what's the condition of the engine like? done how many km? before u think of seriously modding the car, u need to see if the engine can take the extra stress. a fast road spec camshaft and a ported and polished cylinder head will be good, but can the engine take the extra stress the additional power will bring?

Mileage 95K+, engine with no major problem except some m-oil leaking at the timing belt seals as informed.  PnP cylinder head cost me how much ? do u sell extractor also ?

oil seals leaking i shall assume , kinda dangerous when m-oil contacts with timing belt , go get this fixed asap

1) Powerzone 4-2-1 extractor <--price? (should I get a full 1.75" exhaust aswell or main stock pipes?)
2) CAI intake (maintain my stock air filter or "high flow" type?)
3) Lightened crank pulley (not undersized)

Looking for improved response & torque across the rev range. Are those the right mods to achieve those goals?

not worth the change.since urs is a vdo,just de-cat and replace the resonator with a bullet.maintain the same piping following the original route.

i already change my extractor and muffler
the piping still stock
now got 2 box in the middle,i don know wat thing is that,izzit mid box?
can i remove it? or change to better 1?

midbox / resonator.... i'm not sure if either one is a catcon...

anyway, u can remove both if u like and replace with a highflow midbullet...
