Hi everyone, i need help from u guys.

Im going to work in Singapore next month.
Last  two days i went for the 2nd interview and got the job offer.
I signed the offer letter, and they immediately help me to apply for employment pass.
The next day, i got a mail from the company HR. She send me a pdf which state that my EP is approved.

According to the pdf, I should submit a request for the issuance of the Employment Pass card.
But before that I will need to apply for my SingPass.

The problem is when i try to apply for my SingPass at Here
It says that my name/SingPass ID/Date of Issue is Invalid.

What should I do now?
Please help....

Does EP application require SingPass?i didnt apply SingPass for my current job? how come the appilcation process is different?

But if u don't have the SingPass then how did u submit the request for the issuance of the Employment Pass card???

After HR told my application approved, they only ask me go for medical checkup and after that take the EP application form and medical report submit to EPSC, 5 days later, i got my EPass, this is what i been thru.

the EP application form should have a name on the top part, i guess like what crazy25kid said, it should be IPA(in principle approval),i can help you if you want to. btw, HR does not provide any guidance on how to get your EPass?

Yup, this is the IPA, In-Principle Approval letter for Employment Pass.
i think the second page should will mention what document you need when you submit your IPA, after you receive your medical report, then just bring the report and related document with IPA to EPSC at clarke quay,the EPSC got welcoming staff to help you double check your document, but before that you need to make appointment to EPSC,my appointment is done by HR. maybe you need SingPass to make appointment, i not sure.

We can go to any doctor of our choice?

Did your company provide you any panel doctor?i go to my company doctor and all the bill go to the company, so basically i just go to the place they told me and the doctor there know what to do. If your company does not have panel doctor, then you make sure you can claim the medical cost and what kind of checkup you needed, then only you go any doctor of your choice.

You already passed the hardest stage, unless you are not healthy enough have HIV or Tuberculosis, then i dont think there is any reason stopping you to work here.
