It's not only this thread which is quiet.

My take is there are many people who are on vacation and traveling plus the weakened MYR and stock market is not helping much also

Let’s hope the mall will be better than the Strand.

Nexis is not doing too good also. Converted into a specialist center

Sorry for bringing up Strand. But what happened there? There is a fertility center there but it’s so dimly lit that it gives the creeps

Ya...think jaya grocer is the more aggressive one. Tenant list is so so right now. Gonna be another starling mall at best

Small grocer still better than none like at Empire City. Village Grocer in Citta Mall is doing pretty well catering to the neighborhood community.
Haven't been to Starling Mall for ages but last I heard, they built a mini theme park inside there, focussing on being a family centric mall.
