It's not only this thread which is quiet.

My take is there are many people who are on vacation and traveling plus the weakened MYR and stock market is not helping much also

Haha true true.. merry christmas.. weakening RM has affected me rather seriously.. hopefully oil prices will stabilize in the medium term..

i think the offices take up is a bigger game changer
but i forsee they will only be considerably tenanted once mrt completes as the access now is quite a nightmare

still think KDs malls will face fierce competition n affect each other.. I think Empire citys mall will do VERY well if they have good tenants...

TG should target AEON or Parkson as their anchor tenant... maybe upscale AEON like quill city.. they should also open an Index Living Mall here as well.. Tropicana lacks the experience for their mall so they better start sourcing for anchor tenants.

Sunway would just have to replicate a smaller version of Pyramid here..
