Pricing still too ambitious for me & looking at how T City mall is performing n how Empire City will dominate/ be the regional mall for Damansara, others can see for themselves

Finally they face up to the reality that u cannot sell fully furnished without a show unit

Yes.. the furniture looks ok la to me for the price.. Prefer doing my own ID but this is a good way to increase prices n keep earlier buyers happy.

But got la some buyers also syiok together. The SA don't wanna tell me the rebates n or sales status over the phone. ask me go there see their 'show unit'. How to launch 4th block?? T metropark n T gardens will have difficulty launching next block even in 12 months.

The SA said 40% sold for the latest block (2-3 weeks ago). Not sure if thats good for them or not ...

quite bad given the amount spent on advertising. At least they are fueling the ad industry

It was 20-30% in d first few weeks n 40% after a few months is quite bad. I still think the figures are below that. TGs pricing doesnt reflect the number of units in dis development tht will be competing among each other..

No not interested ... Just wanted to be a busy body. I happened across their display at the curve recently.

Lol curve also got booth...At least they advertising/marketing properly thru the right channels n not stopping down to agressive spamming. This product will only sell out if prices rise this yr (for other projects) which is very unlikely given the current sentiment.
