Brother Babizz, since GST a lot of shops in Paradigm had closed down and the crowd is also getting lesser nowadays.

I feel expatriate will prefer Damansara Perdana more than KD. Luxury brand sure go to empire city and also pavillion damansara height.. hope TG can bring in something unique.

KD's accessibility still an issue.. traffic always so hectic

Haha just my personal opinion, I find damansara perdana is more quiet and less traffic than KD... Plus KD's road access and traffic not that good + the commercial there macam what also have (including massage centre lol), not doubt it is ong but Expats tend to prefer more quiet places (Eg. MK , Desa park city, damansara heights etc)

For empire city, I thought in the forum already circulate for some time already many brands is going in? Whereas TG has not much news on its tenant. Hope TG can compete with the curve first before talk about competing with empire city and pavillion damansara heights...
