Nice n tks CMW. I think sales will pick up a bit now that the nice n creative ID/furniture is visible.

Did they build showunits for the studio, 2bedroom n 3?? or jus studio n 2?

They built show units for all 3...

But what u see is not what u get...imagine the SA rather than blowing water on what has been provided but have to keep on explaining the difference of what are in the show unit versus what will actually be given. End up, the SA just show the ID picture from his ipad...

Best part is when ask why is there so many difference, the answer was wanted to create the WOW factor...WTF...means want people to WOW now, pay and sign but when VP no more WOW?

Nobody else went to view show units? What was your experience?

Haven't gone yet but yeah was guessing that the show unit was not the final product. So the final product for example in the bedroom will jus be the bedroom n cupboard right?

Not sure.. CMW kor can answer.. TG staff didnt wanna tell me the discount over the phone.

on a side note, the progress quite fast. can see the apartment (both arnica n bayberry) n the mall shaping up well. Tropicana's HQ might relocate here also. Still waiting for the hotel brand. Hopefully a good 4 star hotel like aloft

From 2001 until now increase.. esp 2009 onwards.. for me dis is a good product but not for my risk appetite..
