Buy bayberry, I think it is 800psf... But I believe this will go up to 1000++psf in the future.

Why retailer nee d to be afraid ? In fact, it is helping retailer able to cover more bigger market and also allowing other retailer go into different market too... Like if I can get a shop lot in midvalley, then I can go to ioi city mall and others choices still available for me too
