Hi All,

I heard that there is new coming Service Apartment / Condo going to lunch beside this Maxim Residence Cheras soon, any one aware of this new??

I also heard that this new Service Apartment / Condo price tag will be around RM 700 psf, is there right???

I intend to rent out my unit by easily RM 1500 p.m with partial furnishings

I have a unit of apartment just nearby this area, easily rent out RM 1150 pm with partial furnishings (somemore smaller than this Maxim Residence )

So for those smaller unit like 825 / 850 sq ft, easily can make it 5% premium extra, so able to sell for RM 555 psf for current year

& for manda'rina Court apartment now about RM 460 psf

You City Residence now also selling about RM 650 ~ 670 psf for smaller unit

Nowadays very very very hard to get this type of property with this selling price located at KL area

My agreement signed & stamped during last quarter of 2013, this project undertaking about 42 month completion so by right VP must be before end of 1st quarter 2017

Most of the earlier buyers executed the SPA 3rd quarter of 2013, so end of this year VP consider within expectation
