Accolade surely ll build the link bridge to their other plot of land from cheras cntre point to its service aparment proj tight behind mrt cheras central..when..is the question mark.

In year 2015, developer intended to sell RM 600 ~ RM 650 psf what I was notified)

1k psf is too high for Cheras, even higher than Mont' Kiara/PJ.
