No heavy cooking for sure. Anyway, retail lots below residential units normally fails, not enough catchment to support businesses.

Development with commercial title can also be fenced up and operate like as service apartment and commercial units (if available) will only be doing residences' business. In any case, security for this development will be an issue, as there are too many commercial lots.

Can give any recent examples of enclosed commercial retail lots in a commercial title development? Thanks.

Hope u are not referring to a lone mini mart operator in a condo developer.

The commercial will be open to public.

The frontage seems to be quite good to catch those who passing by to Alam Damai, Damai Perdana etc.

And there are plenty of carpark space infront of the retails.

I agree. Maxim Sentul is pretty torn down to the max with the current massive supplies within maxim itself, not including the future incoming supplies which will saturate maxim.You can easily get a semi furnished unit for around 1000-1200.

I won't be surprised to see rental deteriorate to below 1000 level in the near future.

Back to the topic, is this maxim Cheras connected to the MRT?

Someone in Maxim said they are planning to link Majestic Maxim (the yet to b launched Maxim project opposite Maxim Cheras), Maxim Cheras and MRT via a link bridge. Not sure how true is that.

if u r existing Maxim buyer, they will call u...if you are not, can check out their FB..just type Majestic Maxim in FB then u will see their page...
