The walkway could only benefits part of Taman Len Seng residents. The distance from MRT station to junction of Jalan Alam Damai and Jalan 1/144A is already more than 1 KM, which is beyond walking distance under Malaysia weather. Connought is located at different direction.

Just call developer that she tell me will finish stage 2- (g) & (h) end of this month, expected CCC at April / May and get key.

The developer's cable must be very strong. Flash floods not only happened at Jalan 3, 5, 7 and 9; it also happened at the road seperating this project site with 118 Food court. My friend's car was once submerged in flash flood at that road and he has to pay the repair bill himself.

this is building color, same like maxim citylights in sentul haha. kesian also there rent out for RM1500> RM1100 Now, RM900 nobody wants to stay there. influx oh PH ma pren currently, hope here not the case.

The ongoing rental rate with just lighting, ceiling fan and water heater in Maxim citilight is rm1100-1200 and snapped up immediately. Not even Curtain or built in kitchen cabinet provided.

congrats to the early buyers of Maxim Cheras who got it at a very good price

the linked bridge will enhance the value and make buyers sleep better at night

the nearby montena sovo buyers can't sleep well due to the super slow progress

just passby the site and saw there is a piece of land being fenced up by MRT corp and some site works are on-going.just right opposite to cheras point commercial shops. anyone know what is that?
