Maxim products all same o same o...perhaps a bit darker color scheme may be added in certain part of the building based on their other vped projects. Wont be drastically different i think. Lol. Actual facade if compare to the filmsy brochure, already much better. Lol.

During their sweet time to complete, l hope they also resolve the root cause of flash flood.
I had a friend staying next to the project and experienced multiple times the flash flood...
Saw his pictures of water coming home and water staying home for a few hours.
He told, once water left, mud and smell stayed and some wooden furniture has to go(thrown) after a few occasions...can't imagine how he can handle it...

Seems the pedestrian linkage is under construction.

So suddenly this prop becomes mrt related property. Haha...last time visited the site..can hardly figure out how to reach pheonix plaza now cheras sentral there.

Facades look like Kiara Residences Bukit Jalil, are they abang Adik?

doubt so. Can't see any bridge related work. I pass by almost every day.

If you noticed from the photos from PROPCAFE, there are steel brackets on the building structural to support the pedestrian linkage.

And the steel structural linkage is still lying on the ground.

The next I wonder whether the developer of cheras center point will build pedestrian linkage from their shoplots to thr cheras Sentral or not.

Ok, the predestrian linkage is from Maxim to next door, not directly to the MRT station.

So meaning no such thing as bridge from Maxim to the mall?

No direct bridge for sure. The next door developer is planning to build a link bridge/sheltered access to MRT station. Residences in Maxim development can "tumpang" their access when completed probably few years later.
