If all sizes are similar psf, all small sizes will be sapued first.

Anyway, type B-E are not exactly big either.

Jmho, this mall will face challenging competition....
First, it is located a bit "hidden" behind the Cheras Sentral. Make it less strategic.
Second, it needs to compete with Cheras Sentral, whose business is only catching up.
(Need to know how far and long Cheras Sentral can go, after MRT in operational)
Third, from a "regional" perspective, it also competes with nearby malls eg Leisure Mall, You City, Ekocheras.

Apparently the wind is true about the mall.

And on top of this 30storey serviced apartment, there is another 27 storey serviced apartment in the same phase 1B.

The mall with cinema will be on subsequent phase with another 2 blocks (43storeys and 35storeys) with total 1400 unit apartments

Old launch is mostly sold.

Connecting bridges to mall and mrt are in the plan but no guanrantees

About 2.5 years ago, SA already mentioned there would be a link bridge on 3/144a. Now k would like to know if the new plan will fkk about this bridge...

Of course, this Annex link bridge is really outside Maxim ownership. Maxim needs to depend on Accorlit for this. Hearsay both are in good relationship back then....

the news is the reason why The Annex was stopped when it just launched in 2014

Basically, a part of the land was previously acquired to build station, in addition to the Taman Connaught MRT. You will notice another station in the previous brochure

But somehow, the plan was cancelled and the developer is suing them for this
That's what I learnt so far

Hope dev really learns smaller units are in relatively higher demand and should have allocated more quota. Understand they may say plot ratio constraint/building layout constraint etc....

Also hope they don't "reserve" too many these small units to themselves.

Wonder how is the take up rate for large units. Too low take up rate will also put themselves "in shame".....or possible another round of "reboot to launch"...

With the base shaped in trapezium-like area and in order to locate two smallest units at the south east corner, the layouts need to be compromised a bit. Understandable but doesn't mean buyers like it.
