Can walk to cheras sentral via internal road right? Then from cheras sentral mall got linked bridge to MRT opposite the higway right?

Seem everyone is still curious speculating about the link bridge to the mrt station which is still uncertain but I m confidence that judging from their current progress they shud be able to deliver their project on time. I'm also glad that they have increased the selling price for those final release unit & I hv witnessed someone bought at the new pricing with 90% bank loan at least this give an indicative of the valuation now. Of coz there r still other concern like finishing, workmanship, material & etc....but don't forget some of the nearby project they are still selling same pricing and may also need to extend their delivery time....well this is my personal view here r some of the nearby project altitude236 pjd montenan eko & etc

I wont have too much expectation. also they haven't topped the building yet...still got few storeys to go....to be vped by jan 17 is a big ask.
