At least I know how to earn right money by right time with right products ...

At least I know what products can buy. ..what value can get. ..

At least I know last 5 years how much can earn. ..now how much can earn. ..next 5 years can earn. ..

Hahaha true... as long as bought in the right time,from the right developer and quality sure not an issue since new completed projects are protected by retention contract sum from developer to main contractor... when after the defect liability(24months). This retention will be released to main contractors and other stakeholders sum will release to developer as well...
Depend who you bought from and i believe some of the smaller or medium size developers choose not to listed their company because of sufficient cash flow.. some peoples scare that to buy a project from a small developer because of worry abandon issue.. come on.. what is HDA account for? Why got such this act? What are the main purpose? Why developer need to provide bank guarantee to authority? =) do search more detail before comment anything on a project. One negative word can tarnish a developer name.

Too early to say delay. The 1st spa will due on 30 July 2017, another 11months to deliver vp n somemore already constructed up to top level. U can never see ppl working at night coz DBKL has restricted the construction hour until 5pm daily due to nearby residential. That's why this project granted 48months to deliver vp, unlike other project with 36months. Btw, plz share any internal news (if any) bout ur statement of 'delay' or 'abandon' lar. Or u saja only

Nowadays more and more projects gets 48 months for VP. Is this usually decided by Developer and approved by local council. I see my friend's booking at GEN KL (OKR area) also 48 mths. Wait till neck also long jor.

Developer hv to submit application to local council n of course they hv the right to approve or reject la.. anyway it's up to the buyer whether willing to wait or go for other project.own decision

Totally agree. There are people who missed the boat and did not buy the property but later try to tarnish the project.

Last time when i was washing my car, and then suddenly whole crate of clay bricks fell from the crane while hanging on mid floor to the top parking floor.

Talk about a movie scene yo~

The development has not just causing flood at the road from Jalan 9 leading to Jaan Cheras, but also causing flood at terrace houses surrounding the development whenever there is a heavy rain. Despite numerous protests from the residences, the main contractor did nothing
