Nowadays more and more projects gets 48 months for VP. Is this usually decided by Developer and approved by local council. I see my friend's booking at GEN KL (OKR area) also 48 mths. Wait till neck also long jor.

The development has not just causing flood at the road from Jalan 9 leading to Jaan Cheras, but also causing flood at terrace houses surrounding the development whenever there is a heavy rain. Despite numerous protests from the residences, the main contractor did nothingim not flaming buyer here, just that the developer is poor in site mgt |
