Phoenix Plaza MRT station is not really within walking distance from this Maxim Residences........somemore its located opposite and separated by the busy traffic road of Phoenix Plaza.........

The station is built with pedestrian bridge/walkway connected to both directions, KL-Kajang & Kajang-KL. In other words, resident from maxim could enter the station via the bridge/walkway in cheras sentral.

Cheras is in transformation get ready once mrt is completed naturally the demand for housing at this area will surge enclosed herewith some of the information from the edge property look interesting price has slowly moving upwards..... thumbup.gif

How can Maxim resident walk into Cheras Senctral ?
thy need to go down the road, cross the 4 lane road before reach the central shop lot..

I heard developer may connect the project all the way to Cheras Sentral and MRT?

The developer next door, Connought Avenue will provide a covered walkway all the way to Cheras Sentral, via their phase 2 development, just behind Cheras Sentral. Maxim just negotiate with their neighbour to provide covered walkway to next door.

Saw maxim setup a sales booth in midvalley property fair. There r 5 leftover units for maxim cheras, selling RM530-570 psf, depending on floor level. I think those early bird buyer should hv gain 20-30% by now

Any pictures on how the connection to mall and MRT work? What kind of project is Connaught Ave doing near there?

Seems like the sales are doing well. 5 blocks of apt.

Anybody try before asking for extra discount fr developer since is an unfavorite number.
Seem the 2 rooms (855sf) sell better than 3 rooms (1050sf) unit even there are 6 units of 2 rooms to 4 units of 3 rooms per floor.
Thinking of to buy a 3 rooms unit price around 560k come with 2 car park for investment or rental.
Since near mrt station wonder during vp time can rent out for 1.8 to 2k nearby Connaught Avenue smaller size 950sf furnished renting around 1500 currently.
Cheras point shop is almost up but surrounding still messy heard 118 food court & econsave will be redeveloped hopefully all this changes will upgrade the surrounding area indirectly benefit Maxim.
