Phoenix Plaza MRT station is not really within walking distance from this Maxim Residences........somemore its located opposite and separated by the busy traffic road of Phoenix Plaza.........

In other words, resident from maxim could enter the station via the bridge/walkway in cheras sentral. |

Saw maxim setup a sales booth in midvalley property fair. There r 5 leftover units for maxim cheras, selling RM530-570 psf, depending on floor level. I think those early bird buyer should hv gain 20-30% by now
