Anyone know how is our neighbour ccp project doing? At one time there are some agent introducing service apartment at the center situated in between those shop office which is almost completed now. Well if I'm not mistaken their phase 2 is consist of shopping mall with condominium sitting on top of it. Most likely the connection from Maxim to the mrt station is very much depend on the success of this incoming project if not that pedestrian bridge will not be able to link up till to the mrt station.

There will be a covered walkway from ccp phase 1&2 to MRT station, according to the developer
