Good to heard that developer selling RM 530 psf for 1050 sq ft balance units

So for those smaller unit like 825 / 850 sq ft, easily can make it 5% premium extra, so able to sell for RM 555 psf for current year

Hopefully can reach RM 600 psf during year 2017 (825 sq ft x RM 600 psf = RM 495,000)

Connaught avenue already 500psf right?

If I m not mistaken, should be RM 500 ppsf for Connaught avenue

& for manda'rina Court apartment now about RM 460 psf

You City Residence now also selling about RM 650 ~ 670 psf for smaller unit

Not hard to achieve 600 psf in 2017..i guess will be even higher than that

Anyone heard that developer will built a bridge direct link to Cheras Sentral (MRT)?

No direct link bridge to Cheras Sentral, but a pedestrian bridge from Maxim to Cheras Centre Point (next to Maxim) that is connected to Cheras Sentral. This is what the developer promised to Maxim buyer during launching but no black n white letter. Let see whether developer ll keep their promise or not in 2017

Even though there might be a pedestrian link from Maxim to CCP Phase 1, Phase 2 need to be completed before a free flow pedestrian walkway can be created.

Anyone know how is our neighbour ccp project doing?
At one time there are some agent introducing service apartment at the center situated in between those shop office which is almost completed now.
Well if I'm not mistaken their phase 2 is consist of shopping mall with condominium sitting on top of it.
Most likely the connection from Maxim to the mrt station is very much depend on the success of this incoming project if not that pedestrian bridge will not be able to link up till to the mrt station.

There will be a covered walkway from ccp phase 1&2 to MRT station, according to the developer

It seem developer always got drop out unit but now they sell around 540psf what you guy think buy for staying in that area?
