There is a covered walkway all the way from Connought Place next door to MRT, but the route would be longer. The shortest route shall be by the road side.

I have a unit of apartment just nearby this area, easily rent out RM 1150 pm with partial furnishings (somemore smaller than this Maxim Residence )

Rental market not easy esp if you want local tenants. Still many units available at opposite Connaught Avenue. To wait for the crowd to come in after completion of MRT will need holding power.
