would like to share my past exp wif u. I've deal with SA from PV a couple year ago regarding the unit number 13A and asking for further discount due to unfavorite number before proceed S&P. They refused and talk very confidence the unfavorite unit will be sold before VP once the facade buidling is seen by people surrounding. That time was about >25 units unsold units. I am felt very irritated when conversation with this kind of SA. mad.gif

A couple of month later, my relative intend to a get unit and went to showroom 6c6c. Surprisingy all the units had been taken up by other even those balcony unit face to face to each other with no view at all.
I like his confident and will regret till max if let go the said unit because of unfavorite no.

Is side by side
Even with the new increased price still cheaper than those nearby up coming launching price.
I & P condo at Alam Damai
Cheras point condo just 5 to 10 mins walking distance away
Another 1 is near IJM Altitude 236
Anymore that I hv missed out?

I&P intent to launch a new condo at hillside next year, around the run down shoplots at Desa Cheras. Launch date will depends on market condition

Damai Circus will have 3 blocks of service apartment

Not sure whether IJM will launch any condo at Mandarina

Depends on which part of Alam Damai and Taman Len Seng. The prices of houses located next to the highway will drop drastically. Some of the houses are required to be demolished to make way for SUKE, eh. Semi-D located at Lorong 1/144A, Bukit Cheras.

The sales of units at Altitude 236 suffered due to proximity to SUKE and Montena is not expected to fetch good resale value.

Eko Cheras has issued an official statement that their project will not be delayed as some of their concern purchaser raise this issue to them after observing such a slow progress at their site. Look like Maxim will be able to completed in time coz recently saw it already reached 13 level.
Btw today LBS Bina Group managing director has commented due to the weaker ringgit cost will be higher therefore property price may be increased or his statement is to push those unsold unit due to the current slowing down property market
