Hi All,
I heard that there is new coming Service Apartment / Condo going to lunch beside this Maxim Residence Cheras soon, any one aware of this new?? I also heard that this new Service Apartment / Condo price tag will be around RM 700 psf, is there right???  |

If its really 700psf....it is more than 50% than maxim.
Its bordering 100% more expensive thn maxim lioa. |

and is this new development freehold or leasehold? afaik, Maxim Residences is leasehold so maybe that's a factor as well...
