I will said yes for MRT 1. But dont think the price was factor in MRT 2 as its still in planning stage. Not finalise yet.

About 500-550psf. LH

if not mistaken, about the same price as altitude 236... earlier stages.

those 236 later stages (partially furnished) more ex than this maybe...

Anyone saw the big banner on the back side of Maxim saying there was a signing of commercial lots with some big shot?.... not sure what it is... cos its high up and at the back...

ya i think the alighnment should be pretty much confirmed since they even did a detailed environmental impact assessment on it. Projek Mass Rapid Transit Laluan 2 : Sg. Buloh – Serdang - Putrajaya

If Cheras point is done..then maxim ll be up x 3 as the access to mrt 1 ll be an ease.

MRT2 interchange should not there as read from newspaper...re-route to Bandar Malaysia blah blah...
