Hi guys. Hypothetically, how much is Raheem Sterling is worth should Arsenal bid him in the next transfer market? Just wondering...

I've been quite vocal in criticizing Borini lately but he was lively yesterday and against YB. His movement is fantastic and is a bit shame that he limped off yesterday. Hope it's nothing serious, he's getting some good form right now. But Suso did well when he came in.

QUOTE(melt @ Sep 24 2012, 02:19 PM) no matter you touched the ball or not but when you lunged with 2 footed in the air or studs being showed it should be straight red card - for Shelvey case yes it is definitely a red card for me Shelvey was rather reckless with his challenge last nite but he was the victim of the unfortunate situation. It could have easily been the other way round. As for Evan and VPS go figure it out yourself. We did well yesterday night and I do hope we can continue playing like what we did last night. Borini should be benched while Suso should start more. He looks more promising than Borini. Suso couldnt play borini's position, he is no striker nor winger. Suso is actually in the mould of Alonso, a playmaker if you've watched him play before. IMO, Borini did really well last nite. As a striker, his runs were fantastic in the last two games. Exactly what a striker like Borini should do, something that Andy carroll couldnt do. He just needed to be more clinical in his finishing. The way he plays will open up defence for the likes of Gerrard/Shelvey/Suarez to score. He is improving. |

Sterling is not for sale. But you can have Downing for free if you want.

He's impressive since the beginning of the season. Against Man City and Man Utd, he reminds me of CR7, only with less dive. Are you guys sure he's only 17? Because he plays like he's been doing at it for years. Seriously Liverpool should keep this one for the future. He's a sure keeper for any other team. But if it's the other way round, we will be bidding $30million for him. |

They will bid $40million for Sterling + Daniel Sturridge. QUOTE(lerijiso @ Sep 24 2012, 02:30 PM) Shelvey was rather reckless with his challenge last nite but he was the victim of the unfortunate situation. It could have easily been the other way round. A two footed lunged is a dangerous tackle so you cant argue with that about the red card. Once your leg in the air this is consider as a dangerous tackle as you might just broke someone leg with that although the contact is minimal. While for Evan the studs was shown but no card given. I guess sometimes you just need to stay down and roll around to make sure you get the benefit of it. Suso couldnt play borini's position, he is no striker nor winger. He is good at running past player I dont reckon him as Alonso at all. |

QUOTE(Duke Red @ Sep 24 2012, 02:46 PM) what a crappy news.. how about kelly and borini? how long will they be out.btw, need to praise BR for opting for inexperience Suso rather than choosing old Downing for Borini replacements. that make him alright to me. bold to take the gamble while playing with 10 men. |

I didn't mean that he play in Alonso's exact postion, just that he would slot in well in between the AM and DM position. I made the reference because of his passing range is like dat of Alonso. The word mould shoud not have been added. My mistake.I thought Suso best position were to be AM. I dont think he play as a DM. He is good at running past player I dont reckon him as Alonso at all. |
