Same treatment for the managers. Plenty of impatient fans out there. If we are not in the top half by November I assure you there will be fans calling for BR's head
*
Impatient? We are Liverpool, not Swansea, our target is actually getting a place for a champions league and not battling a place from the relegation spot.

When we are top half of the table and then someone called for BR to be sacked that is what I called impatient.

Liverpool played a young, promising German of their own in Samed Yesil. The 18-year-old couldn't find the net but he caused concern in the Chelsea defence, with one shot cleared off the line.

hmmm I wonder when will he get a chance in the first team. Cant wait to see him in action with the reds jersey on

i just want our first 3 points...dats all...its pain to watch my beloved club playing like a mid table club when we were second place and champ of europe not long ago
*
mid table? more like bottom table to me. You can see now smaller teams put 2 forward instead of 1 anymore when they play against us.

I think now every team will want to play against us as we were just poor in our finishing and defensive wise we are not a team that they cant score anymore.

Reina was once a top gk in the EPL but now I highly doubt he is still there. My guessing is that he just cant wait to get rid of the shirt he is wearing anymore.

no matter you touched the ball or not but when you lunged with 2 footed in the air or studs being showed it should be straight red card - for Shelvey case yes it is definitely a red card for me

As for Evan and VPS go figure it out yourself.

We did well yesterday night and I do hope we can continue playing like what we did last night. Borini should be benched while Suso should start more. He looks more promising than Borini.

Shelvey was rather reckless with his challenge last nite but he was the victim of the unfortunate situation. It could have easily been the other way round.

Suso couldnt play borini's position, he is no striker nor winger. Suso is actually in the mould of Alonso, a playmaker if you've watched him play before. IMO, Borini did really well last nite. As a striker, his runs were fantastic in the last two games. Exactly what a striker like Borini should do, something that Andy carroll couldnt do. He just needed to be more clinical in his finishing. The way he plays will open up defence for the likes of Gerrard/Shelvey/Suarez to score. He is improving.

A two footed lunged is a dangerous tackle so you cant argue with that about the red card. Once your leg in the air this is consider as a dangerous tackle as you might just broke someone leg with that although the contact is minimal. While for Evan the studs was shown but no card given. I guess sometimes you just need to stay down and roll around to make sure you get the benefit of it.

I thought Suso best position were to be AM. I dont think he play as a DM. He is good at running past player I dont reckon him as Alonso at all.

For those who still think Shelvey who doesnt deserved the red card please see the gif above.
if you see both legs are up in the air so it is dangerous. Rules are rules so get over it guys. Once both of you leg is in the air referee have the rights to send you off.

As for Evan well there is nothing much we could do. If their supporter thinks is correct let it be as it is just wasting time arguing for thing that you cant change.

One decision right doesnt make up for 3 wrong decisions. Their supporter only thinks Shelvey is guilty but not Evans nor Van Persie. They also think Suarez dive and Valencia getting the penalty was correct. People like that are enemy of football. Fans of club but enemy of football.

Pal that why it is unnecessary to debate with them. They can think what is right or wrong. I would rather spend time discussing bout our players rather than them. Winning a debate in the internet wont win you anything.

Get on with it you dont like what they have said just ignore it. Concentrate on our player rather than others. smile.gif

Not sure how you are intepreting it but the way I see it, Shelvey went in the challenge with his right leg, his left leg was firmly planted on the ground DURING the challenge itself (far away from Evans and the ball). After the contact with the ball (Shelvey won the ball btw), his momentum sent his whole body forward, he had to move his left leg or his leg will break. His left leg left the ground AFTER the challenge. Compare that to Evans whose both leg left the ground DURING the challenge, and both leg going towards the ball.

Edit: Anyway why are MU fans inside a thread called 'Kop Talk'? This thread is for fellow Reds to discuss la... Uninvited guest...  whistling.gif

they way i saw it two foot in the air so by the rules is red. I m not going to talk bout Man Utd player as it will only bring more hatred.

i think most of us are more angry to the fact that the ref should have sent both off. not just punish shelvey. heck evans didnt even get a yellow

in another 10 games if suarez dont score at least 5, i think we should look at the possibilty to cash in on him. would easily make at least 20m if RM wants him right?

he has become more of a liability than asset. yes, mazy runs... etc etc. but in the end, he is our CF and we expect goals and penalties from a CF
*
cash on one of our best player will just put our morale even lower I would say. He looks dangerous all night long it is just that his finishing is poor. I wonder how he become the top scorer in Ajax that the same with Kuyt banging goals for fun in the Dutch league but in EPL doh.gif

Saying that he is a CF seems to be wrong as he always a player that like to become a playmaker like Messi. I just dont think he is playing a CF roles in the games as he track back more often to get the ball rather than stay in front waiting for the killer pass.
