maybank banker told me they offer max for this project is at BLR-2.3% only... damn it....

they said CIMB quota reached!!! HSBC is assessing my docs now....

CIMB is only offering -2.35%.. so it is 0.05 difference but without MRTA and lock-in period. Maybank quota is also full.. so you can decide soon.

I am still waiting for both MBB and HSBC to get back to me.

PBB is came back to me with an offer below:-

85% Margin
20 years MRTA
BLR -2.3
Lock in 3 years

In the beginning they offered us -2.4, now when come to HQ's approval, they only offer us -2.3

Hmmm, waiting for AM Bank's offer now... they said will offer -2.4, but afraid same case as PBB.

But i think developer like TLS still can maintain the momentum ba..
not like other smaller developer which are not yet stable...

whats the reason for some banks to provide so bad interest rate to this project ha? i thought -2.4 is the normal rate... i just completed a loan application for another property for MBB also getting -2.4, but why not this ler ??

ah, that explains! you have newly secured a loan, now commits more loan, so your commitment % not as low as before, hence they cannot match -2.4 unlike before.

Are you accepting HSBC offer? I got the same offer
-2.3% flexi, no mrta, lock in period 3 years ( rm500 penalty if settle early)
