Owenfooa, since u investing, so, i suppose u not gonna be my neighbour.. Ur tenants will.. Haha.. I see u once a month if u renting the unit.. Unless u plan to flip it.. Cheers!!

just got to know today from my fren, he bought pearl avenue 2 years ago with 230k and currently got buyer asking 340k for 1100sqft.... boom!!!!

location wise, which part of kajang u like? sg chua area or mutiara heights area?

my fren from kajang said mutiara heights is a very convenience place where surrounding by highways... but go in go out also got to pay toll.. smile.gif

maybe ivory residence price can be buffed up higher due to the super link and semi-d nearby, it made ivory seems higher class haha

you can rely on TLS delivering both for both Pearl Avenue and Ivory Residence. Ivory Residence is the 'Pearl Avenue in turbo mode', better facilities, better looking, bigger, better location, better planned etc.

Congrats to your friend, a return of close to a whooping 50% on purchase price is very heartening. I think there is easily a 20% profit to be made on Ivory Residence.
