Hv question that the property gain tax is base on date of snp sign or date of VP? EXP: We sign Ivory snp on 2012 n get vp 0n2015, so is consider 3 yrs when sale or juz 1st yr for the tax calculation?

Juz submitted docs for loan tis afternoon. Pool view sold out, Forest view left 10 units at low floor. Kajang Town view selling fast left 70%. Insider news (w/o confirmation  ) Tower B may release on Nov wt selling price 50k higher. Tower C may not launch coz got investor wan to take over whole tower. Believe or not?

Went to showroom just now. Actual price is RM400k and RM350k after rebate. Low entry cost about RM3k-4k. Really good offer for 1288sqft.
