Went to showroom just now. Actual price is RM400k and RM350k after rebate. Low entry cost about RM3k-4k. Really good offer for 1288sqft.

Anyway, i been there this month. Exterior finishing seem promising. Ameera wall looks awesome. Waiting how interior/unit quality looks like. |
