my mbb banker told me this morning that they are not yet the panel bank for this project, have to wait approval from management

Since TLS don't have AP for IR yet, I'll apply from the bankers later lo. Think PBB and RHB shouldn't be bad, not sure about others for <400k loan.

Can I apply for loan from a non-panel bank? OCBC bank loan seems interesting but not TLS panel. Can I still apply loan from them?

You would not be able to enjoy the free legal fees for sure if you are even allow to choose non-panel bank.

Current launchingsentral kajang 70% sold lio. ( 50% not yet open, maybe one year later) - many free, low down payment.

Still no AP after confirming from TLS office, there are banks doing pre-approvals (HSBC, CIMB, PBB & HLB) though.
