BTW, anyone here can tell me in whats the difference between islamic and conventional loan in layman terms?

exactly. definitely one of the black horse coming up in property market.
but their development strategy is very steady, always buy land with cash (no bank financing) so that might prevent them to going to be big player in national level

Izzt we get our loan agreement and bank letter then only we start pay?
And for those who get ambank loan. Izzt bank will auto debit from our account?

i just got a CC letter.. need to start paying to back le...

Just wanted to know does CIMB offer semi flexi loan? Or any other banks offer that?

CIMB quota is full .. you will need to look for other bank for this property.

try OCBC... i jsut got BLR-2.4% 90% loan offer.... Ambank can give u this rate if u originally from kajang too...

Actually i already signed the offer from CIMB. Just wanted to know if CIMB offer semi flexi as i should have choose that if they do.
AMBANK offer -2.4 onli for those from kajang?? what theory is that.. What bout those not from kajang

its kind of the bank assessment... basically if u are not staying kajang but buy kajang property, they will treat u as a investor and the risk of assessment will be higher already.....

nope... its only one of the assessment criteria for the bank.....

but anyway, just try ocbc.... they confirm give 2.4% 90%...

i just told my cousin who staying in kajang today that i bought a condo in kajang, 370k.. she said WAHHH so expensive!!!!

she said she bought a landed house in kajang last time with 200k only ler... in sg chua..

then i said mine in saujana impian area, near tesco. then she said - oh, thats a higher end place in kajang, new developed area, ok with that now...

haha.. saujana impian really much better than kajang town sg chua meh?
