The showcase structure will be without a doubt Paragon, with its 'steps' facade. But the empty wasteland to its right will be an eye sore. Luckily it has The Arc to its back as a support, thus, it won't be a lone development at that quarter of the Persiaran Bestari - Persiaran Multimedia cross junction. I think the fact that convinces me that Cyberjaya is the place to be is the number of high end landed developments in the area. Some of the landed bungalows and villa go up to the tune RM5 mil! Most of the bulk are priced between RM1mil-RM3mil. If the rich and famous choose Cyberjaya as a place to call home, I guess I wouldn't have any complains to be in the same township. |
