I agree with bro blwwater.Besides what listed previously, quality of community is important too.

Which one has the better potential?

There's a new non halal coffee shop at the glomac shop lot right across ibm/HSBC. Food prices are reasonable.. E.g fried rice 5.50. Always crowded during lunch time.. Good start finally cheaper option chu yoke shop..

My place is few mins walking distance to KLCC...just for convinience sake only...nothing great abt it actually...and too be honest i hate the air quality and traffic jam everything in or out!

1. Greater KL: The Fennel @ Sentul
2. Penang: Sky 8 @ Pearl Island

Rental & flip. Unlike u collect stamp.

Bro. U buying Fennel? I m thinking to buy mont kiara. I got unit at MK but rented out. Need a comfortable place when travel to kl.

The other is KL Eco City serviced residence. Waiting for that.

Landed I m waiting SEG, hehe.

In singapore I m looking at D'leedon. Thinking to move to central.

Target 1 HER (Cyberjaya @ Nusajaya) OR 2 Highrise (Greater KL @ Penang @ Nusajaya).

If buy highrise, may even go for subsale than new project.

Only look to upgrade HDB to condo mid 2015.
