Wish D'pulze to b like Bugis Junction. Both r also 400,000sqft. D'pulze is already 80% leased. On schedule for opening. We need young ppls to support mall businesses.
Up market mall should b at the CCC. PRIMA... i checked with majlis SEPANG..no PR1MA project at cyberjaya..GOVM brilliant enough, no easily sell those expensive land for the lower price..i my self only bough penthouse at nilai...
for me prop in cyber too expensive.. y not go to putra perdana/salak tinggi./nilai.less than 30min to cyberjaya |
