It depends on how they bring the concept retailers in, what kind of business they are going to operate.
From the map, I see the area is surrounding by many neighborhood.

Find a link between these 2 factors, which justify whether do-able, & I see it very important.

I am happy to see this development, because it provides me another alternative with shorter driving distance, when comparing to IOI City Mall & Promenade 8 @ Putrajaya.

Promenade 8 @ Putrajaya is an upscale mall. do you think Cyberjaya will have an upscale mall too that sell high-end branded stuff like Channel, LV, etc?

Personally I prefer cyber to hav a factory outlet cum theme park. ..

Wish D'pulze to b like Bugis Junction. Both r also 400,000sqft. D'pulze is already 80% leased. On schedule for opening. We need young ppls to support mall businesses.

Up market mall should b at the CCC.

Heh..personally i dont think its gonna happen..luxury shop still confined in golden triangle in KL..and the price not yet competitive compared to other countries..

But not sure how long it will takes to become this? Personally, if the MRT 2 set up a station in Cyber, then that is a very high chance to attract more peoples to stay in CYber....

U may not agree, but I like PR1MA project @ Cyberjaya & Putrajaya, those price > RM 300k type.

& I like Lakefront project very much, she will brings more people to Cyberjaya...

PRIMA... i checked with majlis SEPANG..no PR1MA project at cyberjaya..GOVM brilliant enough, no easily sell those expensive land for the lower price..i my self only bough penthouse at nilai...

for me prop in cyber too expensive.. y not go to putra perdana/salak tinggi./nilai.less than 30min to cyberjaya

yes, cyber is vr expensive, worth it or not is vr subjective. But compare cyber with the place near by even seri kembangan or puchong is not apple vs apple comparison...

just help u to visualise what i meant here, staying in desa park city or 10mins away from desa park city is totally different (or mont kiara vs kepong, 30mins distance?)

environment, culture, security are in consideration
