the question everyone is considering is no man land for how long?

for investors, it is all about the correct timing vs entry cost
for own stay, it is all about the quality of life you are looking to get (no matter how long before things changes)

With job opportunities in cyber, more people will move in.

But it will takes time ..... however, i dont think it will be too long .. perhaps just another 4-5 years to see more health population to stimulate more local demand and local shops.

i think with all the new delveopments, it will definitely takle time to populate them as there close to, if not more than 10k condo, service apartment, soho, etc. available or ready from now onwards (for the next 2-3 years) .

I expect 20-25% percent to be occupyied by students eventually.

Now, what is needed is really more businesses or enterprises to be moving in

I prefer calm & peaceful residential area. But it would be troublesome for friend and family travel for a visit to my house.

Some friends told me that being a senior I.T manager (40 yrs old+) with MNC company in Malaysia can easily get monthly salary of Rm 15K++
Besides, those working in oil n gas (40 yrs old+) can get back easily Rm 30K~
Can someone from I.T / OnG line verify this?
If this is correct, these managers can afford to live in cyber landed prop la.

There are a lot more industries are paying good. Not to forget tonnes of businessman too. Affordability is there, the question a just choice of living style and duration for ppl to accept, buy and move in.

There are lots of high paying job(>30k/mth) in malaysia..but these ppl scattered all over kv..good promotion and environment would be able to lure these ppl..
