not so congested. Visited during weekends, like the environment as I prefer more quiet area.

Easy job opportunity as I am in IT field

But I prefer landed but cannot afford those in cyber, thus went for M resi

But still 6c6c cyber props if I can afford at least proper residential projects instead of mixing with office type. tongue.gif

If u r single, u r ok to stay any where. If married, need more consideration. Cyber is still no man land...

but I am thinking otherwise, if single better to stay at more happening places (nearer to city) so that easier to find friends or lepak with friends but if married, will look for more serene and quiet environment.

Think MCT can maintain coz the number of unit is huge!

So far Verdi is still value for $$$

anyone bought gardenview residence by mkland? this shitty developer dunno what issue all their project sure have problem or something not ong about them....gardenview residence still looks like a ghostown condo to me....decent developement but ridiculous pricing point.... rclxub.gif

2. 20+ minutes drive @ 30+ km drive from KLCC.
3. First class facilities & infrastructure.
4. Well planned township like Singapore @ Iskandar.
5. Best HER concept, cheap compare to Penang @ Iskandar.
6. Future quality communities.
7. GREEN!!!
