"Soon will be developed" is one thing.. but how much you can gain from buying at future pricing is another consideration..
for me, the return figure over a period is my concern as an investor, whether for cap appreciation or rental yield..
Cyberjaya is still a tricky place as there are still plenty more to be developed, and all developers are selling at KL/PJ pricing..

As a person who had spent 8 years of my life in Cyberjaya, I am more confident in looking at pocket development in KL area especially those near good amenities and future public transport.. hey, there r also 500/sqft in KL, same as Cyberjaya..

ya lor. fed up. I have got to buy sure mati "14", not so good feng shui just to stay away from the garbage collection area. why? because they launched during hari raya. yes, bumi also learn about feng shui, bad numbers etc.

For Chinese, no pork...lol, have to go all the way to Dengkil or nearby towns for our pork fix.

I been to cyberjaya once(industrial visit) , the road at there is very big but i feel cyberjaya is very empty LOL , not many cars and the house there was like one hundreds lot of houses stay to gether as one taman and after that , the other taman are so far away from each other

It's true.. Look, as for the purpose I do that, is, when you stay there, then you know how the place is, you never live in Cyberjaya, you don't really know what it is like... I be you all like, hey, i have money, and I am 30 years old, let buy some house in Cyberjaya cause it is under MSC, and also it is very this and that, then when you actually buy one, you realized it is a screw up place that nobody actually wanna stay.. Unless you are rich enough like LKW or Mahathir, to build their own nice place under a very secure security area... else, I advice you to reconsider your option..

I stayed in Cyberia before, Cyberia Neo, and Domain.. elsewhere, I got chance to visit Cyber Heights all those luxury places also before... got invited.. but all almost the same.. except those really high end place like Cyber Heights..... but just the rental cost 4XXX, I wonder how much the house cost is..

but for Cyberheights not so.

Personally feel thst all recently launched shoebox size apartments are all overpriced. Those who thought to flip should think twice. Those wanna ownstay n  move to a brand new world then it is not a bad choice.

i heard segi already proposed to msc about their new expansion there, so many pioneer developers are all there.

Summer Glades asking RM 1 M. Good option for people who look for own stay now.

ya, to my surprise, quote a lot of them bought houses in cyberjaya, my husband has been staying in cyberjaya for 10 years, he always get people's reaction as "huh? you stay in cyberjaya? aiyo... ghost town ler.." ya that was 10 years ago lah, nowadays whoever still think the same pls come to cyberjaya and have a look.
