Just came back from usual show house visit..surprisingly trillium offers 7% rebate and spa/loan agreement fees absorb by developers. Few units still available.

Their super link or so called "semi-D super link" selling at actual semi-D Rm1.4mil+
Even discounted 20% also considered over price i think.

wah so gila many malls. which one will be white elephant? come to subang jaya, many malls but some became white elephants.usually those small ones

reason = front part is semid but behind is link

tats y called as semid link.

the only reason i can think off is bcoz they offer free MOT and it;'s individual title. somemore it carries PERDANA LAKE VIEW EAST. hence the premium.

Bro, isn't it the standard land size area of SH is 40' x80' with std selling price of Rm2.0mil?

i think your equation to calculate the RM/psf is reasonable. Based on your equation, my unit at SH is RM310/psf.

Somemore the excellent landscape + low density that give u resort feel...... + stewardess next door~ Oops..forgot that your wife is ex-SIA too hahaha.

actually the price of the unit also depends on the location inside the area, orientation, etc... If the unit is sitting next to the river, then much more expensive.

Hahaha....Of course we can however bear in mind that landed is not good for rental yield but capital appreciation biggrin.gif
Most of the cyberjaya landed is 50% cheaper than Desa Park City, so there are still plenty of room to grow.....
